I am Ms. Hiral Bhargav Dave, known as Hiral (Vyas) Dave on social media.
I am from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. A person who believes that when Passion for something blends with Discipline and Quality it is a journey towards Success. I am passionate about designing, developing and managing software with appropriate software development life cycle.
I offer software consulting services like architecture & design, development, management and training to the software professionals and software companies in and outside of India to develop more sustainable quality software.
I am the first “Independent Software Consultant” from India, who is iSAQB® [International Software Architecture Qualification Board] accredited Trainer for CPSA‑F® [Foundation Level] and my company HVDSOFT Private Limited is the Training Provider for CPSA® courses.
iSAQB supporting board member since Aug 2021 (The first from India).
Member of PMI, USA since Jan 2014. As a part of giving back to society, I am an active volunteer, board member PMI Gujarat Chapter [PMIGJC] and representative for PMI WEC - Women Engagement Committee from PMIGJC.
Apart from work, I enjoy hula hooping, yoga, bicycling, indoor sports, traveling to new places and enjoying diverse culture.

My Journey
2001, My journey started in software world as a trainer for MSOffice, HTML and VB 6.0 while pursuing my post-graduation.
C, C++ and VB 6.0 are first few programming languages I came across. VB 6.0 being user friendly it took me towards Microsoft technologies and I later on selected C# as my area of interest.
2004, Moved to the city of dreams for software professionals Bangalore, India.
Started the core software development work as a Software Developer. Was fortunate to work with small, mid and large size software product and service-based companies in and out of India and with clients across the globe. Played different roles from being software developer to tech lead.
2010, Returned to home town Ahmedabad, India.
Worked as a trainer for engineering students for 6 months. Moved to software company as a tech lead and then as a product manager.
2018, Moved to the role of “Independent Software Consultant”.
After working for more than 13 years on diverse projects and products using various software technologies with globally acclaimed clients at different locations in and out of India, realized the distinctions and gaps in the implementation of software architecture in the mainstream designing of software. This is where decided to be an “Independent Software Consultant” to indulge into less explored areas of the software world and be more helpful to the software community.
Since then I am on a path of learning, teaching and consulting on the various areas of my interest in the software industry. My journey in the software world is still on. I am looking forward to much more productive and interesting milestones in my journey ahead.
